The wonder kid has expressed his delight at the selection for the European tour and has made promises to give his best to the team.
He said, ” this is the third time I will be selected in the National Junior team. I am thrilled as it is always a pleasure to represent my country. I want to appreciate my parents and coaches at the PPBA, including the supporting staff for this selection. I want to display my form in Europe to help my team win those tournaments.
Rohan has already touched down in the Netherlands, preparing with other team members, and they are ready to face Egor Borisov on Wednesday from Russia in the U-19 boys singles first round.
The opening round if the German open will see Rohan face Ukranian Danylo Shevchuk on the 4th of March. It will be the third time the teenager will be representing India at international levels.
