Gujarat Titans will lock horns against Chennai Super Kings in the first qualifier of IPL 2023 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on Tuesday. The defending champions qualified for the playoffs after winning 10 out of their 14 matches as they were consistent throughout the league stage.
On the other hand, Chennai Super Kings won eight out of their 14 games to grab second place in the standings and qualify for the playoffs. Both of these teams will be looking to earn a direct entry into the IPL finals by winning the first qualifier and it will be about holding one nerves at the crucial stages of the match.
CSK will look to take the home advantage and spinners from both teams will definitely play a crucial role in the success of their team.
