IPL 2023: Punjab Kings vs Mumbai Indians – Dafanews Match Preview

Punjab Kings will lock horns against Mumbai Indians in the 46th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League 2023 at the IS Bindra Stadium, Mohali on Wednesday. When these two teams had met earlier in the season, Punjab Kings had won by 13 runs after they had posted a huge score of 214 runs on the board.

We look at the current form, head-to-head, players to look out for, and squads of both teams in our match preview.

Current form for PBKS: W L W L W

PBKS had won their last match against Chennai Super Kings in a thrilling contest and that win must have added a lot of confidence to their bag. Shikhar Dhawan has returned to the team and he adds a lot of experience at the top of the order for the Mohali-based franchise.

Current form for MI: W L L W W

After losing two consecutive matches, MI returned to winning ways against Rajasthan Royals in the previous game. Batting has been consistently delivering for the Rohit Sharma-led team but bowling still remains a huge concern for the team.

It is even-stevens in the H2H battle as both teams have won the equal number of matches.
