IPL 2023: Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Delhi Capitals, Game 20 – Match Prediction

Royal Challengers Bangalore will lock horns against Delhi Capitals in the 20th match of the season at their home ground at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru on Saturday. RCB had got off to a winning start in their campaign but they have veered off the track in the last two matches.

Ergo, the Faf du Plessis will look to return to the winning ways against the beleaguered Delhi Capitals. On the other hand, the David Warner-led team is yet to get their first points of the season. The Capitals have got off to a rotten start as they have lost all of their four matches.

Delhi hasn’t been able to come up with a good batting performance and their top as well as the middle order has failed to fire at all cylinders. David Warner has been a lone warrior for his team but he has a sub-par strike rate so far in the tournament. However, DC can think of promoting Axar Patel in the batting order as he has been in dream form.

Thus, the Capitals will want to pull up their socks with the bat against RCB and this will be a must-win game for them.

On the other hand, RCB has done a good job with the bat thus far but their bowling has let the team down. While Mohammed Siraj and David Willey have done a good job, Harshal Patel hasn’t been able to hit the right areas in the death overs.

Match Prediction: Royal Challengers Bangalore will enter the contest as favorites against Delhi Capitals.
