Lahore Qalandars will lock horns against Karachi Kings in the 26th match of the ongoing Pakistan Super League 2022 at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore on Friday.
Lahore Qalandars have been in good form as they have won five out of their seven matches and look all set to qualify for the playoff stages.
If Qalandars win their next match against Karachi Kings, they will qualify for the last four of the tournament.
Lahore had won their previous match against Quetta Gladiators by eight wickets after Shaheen Shah Afridi continued his fine form. Afridi returned with two wickets and conceded only 27 runs in his four overs.
On the other hand, Karachi Kings have been knocked out of the playoff race as they have lost all their eight matches. Kings are yet to register their maiden win of the season. Babar Azam-led team lost their last game against defending champions Multan Sultans by seven wickets.
