The reigning champions Puneri Paltan will take the mat against UP Yoddhas in the 63rd match of the ongoing Pro Kabaddi League at the Noida Indoor Stadium, Noida on Tuesday. The defending champions have slipped to fourth position in the PKL standings after going winless in the last three games.
The Paltan have registered five wins, three losses, and two ties in 10 matches they have played and have a total of 34 points. Puneri Paltan suffered a 28-30 loss against Jaipur Pink Panthers in their last game despite Akash Shinde scoring seven points for the team.
On the other hand, UP Yoddhas has registered four wins and five losses. The Yoddhas, who are ninth in the PKL standings, have a total of 25 points under their belt. They were able to end their four-game losing streak with a 40-34 win against Telugu Titans. Bhavani Rajput and Bharat scored 12 and 11 points respectively.
