Tripura Pythons will face Mizoram Black Bears in the inaugural season of the NorthEast Women Football League on Monday. The match will take place at the Sports Authority of India, Imphal at Manipur at 3:00 PM IST.
As the tournament enters its last week, both teams will look to come up with their best in order to qualify for the semifinal stages.
Earlier in the tournament, Mizoram Black Bears had lost against Nagaland Wild Hogs by 1-0 and also lost against Sikkim Pandas by the same margin. On the other hand, Tripura Pythons had also lost against Assam Rhinos by 3-2.
Lathansangi will wear the captaincy band for Mizoram Blacks Bears whereas Tripura Pythons will be led by Dipali Halam.
