The Argentine Football Association established a new regional sponsorship agreement in which the company DAFABET became the official AFA sportsbook in the Asian market.
DAFABET is one of the largest bookmakers in Asia, sponsoring several leagues and teams globally.
Both AFA and Dafabet global expansion plans is to continue consolidating its brand development in Asia. The agreement term duration is for the entire 2023 and 2024 years, including the coming Copa America 2024.
In relation to this matter, AFA President´s Claudio Tapia, highlighted: ” In the pasts years AFA has developed a strong expansion in markets as Asia. Thanks to this job, we can build agreements like this one with important brands that finds today in the National Team of Argentina, a strategic partner for their marketing plans in such an important region. I welcome DAFABET to our National Team´s sponsorship platform”.
Dafabet Marketing Director, Nikos Diakoumopoulos stated, “We’re very proud to announce the Partnership with AFA who need no introduction. We look forward to working together to achieve common objectives worldwide and wish the best of success.”
Dafabet’s Head of Sponsorships, John Cruces added “In terms of International football it doesn’t get any bigger to partner up with Argentina as the current World Champions. As with all our partners we wish them the very best of luck, especially in the bid for a record 16th Copa America title.”
Regarding the commercial importance of the agreement, Leandro Petersen, AFA´s Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer, added: “Within the segmentation of our sponsorship platform, today we are very happy to announce DAFABET, a leader in the Asian region, as a new Regional Sponsor of our National Teams in that continent. The global expansion process that we started four years ago is growing day by day; increasing the income volume of our Association; generating new strategic agreements and, most important, expanding business units with the objective of having commercial diversity and economic soundness.
